Got to the end of the road and Malcolm the Multicharger's gear shifter felt very loose, on inspection I discovered the shifter cable was hanging on by a thread. Good job I spotted it before I got too far. You now know what Sunday morning's job is going to be.

I can't do it tomorrow as I'm off to see this, which I'm very much looking forward to. The train is booked, yes, I did check they're all running; Avanti is running as far as MKC but no further. Fortunately I can catch the bus from the end of the road to get to Leicester Railway Station so can make do without Malcolm tomorrow.

They say things come in threes (see yesterday) - That's the Fuji X100V losing its mind, the Ricoh GRIIIx losing its eyesight and now Malcolm losing his mobility.
