Grrrr....frustrations!

I've been excited by the explorations of using the geli plate to print layers and layers of paint to make an interesting and pleasing image....just spent about 2 hours in the studio, preparing the paper, doing the layers etc., and finally got to a place where i was kinda happy with the image!   A bit of back story: in order to get clean lines and a small clean border on the image, i have to put tape on the paper...i used 'artist' quality tape on a new type of paper i was trying out....then when you finish the image you gentle peel off the tape!   Well.....the tape took off some of the paper and a small bit of the image.....omg was i pissed off.  you can't really see the problem in this photograph, but the painting has a very rough border instead of a nice clean one!

So i am home having some lunch, and letting a small test dry so i can see if it's the tape or the paper!!!

not so crazy...it's all about the 'what ifs'.   i'll get it sorted!!!
