Somehow I didn't take any photos on my walk this morning so you get one from my hall.

Just before lunch I got the phone call I've been waiting for, an appointment at the TIA Clinic at the Derby Royal. It's not until Thursday but at least I've got one and, providing the scan proves that I didn't suffer a mini stroke on Tuesday, I'll be able to drive again.

I'm very grateful to friends for picking me up to go bouldering, and collecting me this coming Sunday to go climbing in the Peak. This has proved that I bought a house in a good place, with a bus stop over the road. It's a mile walk to Tesco and the other shops, and if I've bought too much I can get the bus home. 

Roll on Thursday... although there's always a chance...
