Judas tree

I passed this beautiful Judas Tree, which is just round the corner from my house, on my way to lunch with friends today. Rather an apt tree for Good Friday. It started pouring with rain not long after and it’s been a wet and miserable afternoon but I’m sure the gardens, and Caspar’s allotments, are very happy.
