Shrewsbury must have made a good impression on Mark Morriss last year because he was back tonight with the rest of the band at the bigger of Albert's venues. Mom & Dad had bought me tickets for my birthday so, with Owen at the farm, Louisa and me had a rare night out.

The Bluetones were consistently brilliant as usual...they have been doing it for a while now after all. I was trying my best to annoy entertain people by singing along enthusiastically after a couple of pints of Alpaca-lypse. We even recognised the support band, Adult Play, when we got in as an additional bonus.

Being a bit of a date night we even went for a drink afterwards in the King's Head, because why not? Then it was on to the farm to be there for the inevitable early wake up.
