CAMLAB. Lumix M4/3 20mm

A few months ago I began a series of portraits of my colleagues at work. I wanted a record of these fun people whom I've come to know  over the last years since COVID. The plan was that I would have my position filled by a new hire, and I would be transferring to another clinical site.  It didn't come to pass; the guy quit two days before he was supposed to go solo.  Status Quo.  But I've decided to continue with the portrait series.  Today, it was the Laboratory folks.
Our lab is very busy, and staffed accordingly.  The trick was to catch all five of the phlebotomists at the front desk between not only their patients, but mine, and to capture the Friday afternoon air of silliness that prevails in anticipation of the weekend.  Here they are.
