Proof of the Pudding/Cake?

Well, as it rained yesterday, I decided to bake an Easter cake as I also had some marzipan in the cupboard. I found a recipe from a very old cookery book. It rather fell apart whilst cooling!
Today I tried to decorate it! I wrapped yellow tissue paper around it and I know it looks a bit of a mess but hopefully will taste ok!! Happy Easter!
