Respite

These wood pigeons were living up to their name sheltering from a wet and windy afternoon. Later we braved the weather to drop off chocolate easter goodies for the grandchildren and a soft toy for their dog. I'm told by Mrs Rex that the dog would be disappointed if it didn't get something too. I don't believe that. It always seems pleased to see me and I never buy it anything.
