Good Friday

It’s Good Friday… it stayed sunny and bright, but quite cool. Milo is on his way to Milan for a few days with his friends. Apart from Monty, the rest of us were all at home; Gabriel and Dash are revising and, to their credit, carried on with that today even though it’s a bank holiday. I had a very mellow morning, pottered around with some writing, photography, and a little gardening. Plenty of growing things to photograph today, so I did not have to look hard for my daily blip, but oddly enough, there was something about this random abstract shot I took of an orange towel drying in the sun on our washing line. An homage to Ford Prefect, of sorts.

I cooked roast chicken for supper. It was an excellent Friday Games Night in Guild Wars 2—helping a few of our newer guild members unlock the flying mounts, which are extremely useful and great fun.
