Greenway..

Trip to Dartmouth. We spotted the renaissance dancers in the collage above who were dancing through the park!

We travelled up river by ferry to Greenway - the holiday home of Dame Agatha Christie.

A fascinating house full of the family possessions and a number of Agatha's books and first editions and other memorabilia..now owned by the National Trust it was well worth a visit to get the sense of the woman whose most famous creations were Miss Marple and Hercules Poirot and whose books I avidly read during my teenage years!

For those wanting an alternative route from a different town there was the option of the lovely old bus!

Back to Dartmouth for a wander round the historic town and then home and a quiet evening in with Aunt and Uncle..
