We Call them Americans

…a cookie with sugar icing and a spherical segment shape. This one made a conclusion to a sequence of Easter delicacies prepared by members of the family. We were served by our son with a full English breakfast yesterday . A three-course meal to follow on Easter midday (main course a salmon-broccoli quiche by our daughter). And the cookies (as depicted, by our daughter too) in the afternoon.
