Wharncliffe

Only one photo taken today as I approached assembly. The extra gives a flavour of the terrain. However my course didn’t visit this area. A better performance today and one of the best runs since I had my knee operation. Ended up fourth and moved up to fourth overall as others lost time. I decided to use the tracks rather than cross tough physical terrain. 

Once finished it was a drive home to rest before tomorrow’s relays.
