Sunday feast.
Spent the morning preparing the seasoning and making the flatbread for our lunch
Gnarly Dukkah roast lamb with
Aubergine, mint, pickled chillies, feta & flatbreads.
Then it was out in the garden for awhile did a bit of tidying on a couple of acers gave them a feed and some fresh compost the weather was surprisingly warm.
