Change of plan!

Our flight back from Bari to Athens yesterday was cancelled due to a 24 hour general strike in Greece. All alternative flights for the next few days were fully booked for several days, so we decided to get the overnight boat from Bari to Patras (16 hours, no cabins available) then the bus and train back to Athens. A 30-hour journey instead of 2 hours..... Rather exhausting! .
