Memories

Nothing much today and no photos so I thought I would use this one of my lovely Aimee.

I woke up feeling meh and didn't fancy visit to Care Home to see MIL but as I had not been since Christmas I was feeling bad and guilty.  It is very sad and not how she would want to spend her remaining time but there is no other solution.  She is immobile and needs hoists and help with everything.  I was pleased I went and she was happy to see me - we only stayed an hour and I promised myself I would visit more frequently.

We decided on a trip to a garden centre.......but being Easter Sunday was closed so we came home via the Bluebells where I did a recce for  tomorrow.  I found the right spot and had a few tears and I'm hoping the sun will shine tomorrow.  When we got home I did an hour in the garden and the sun did come out for a bit then some sewing while OH watched sport.  Easy dinner - steak in the airfryer - decided I wasn't doing roast two days running (family for dinner tomorrow).  Best steak ever - tender and not dried out.  Loving the air fryer.

Rubbish film on Netflix while I sewed completed the day.
