Catsnap

Another quick blip. I wasn’t feeling very well. Most unlike me, I’m sure you’ll agree. And I don’t like it. I settled to watch the Hearts v Aberdeen cup semi and didn’t even fancy a beer! We played pretty well – but at 1-1 and before half time, Steinwender got his marching orders. Gagh. Even so I thought we were the better side in the second half but as we crept into extra time there were clear signs of knackeredness … and then with four minutes to go, and penalties beckoning, Devlin also got sent off. Two minutes later they scored. Season over. Time to go sailing.
Later, after feeding catkins up at the daughter’s we were off to watch Warfare. Pretty darned good. The long periods of nothing much happening … but rising tension. Terrific. Rather like sailing, now that I think about it.
