Canal Side

We were joined by Rosie, Immy and Ollie this morning and after a light lunch, we drove up to Marsworth reservoirs. We walked up the canal for an hour or so before meeting my (Chris) parents, sister and niece for a Sunday roast at the Grand Junction Arms. Lots of chat and catch-up followed. Eventually we left and walked the canal back to the car, it was a lovely afternoon and early evening. 

Along the canal side we spotted this heron who was not bothered by our presence!
