Restful.

After an hour and a half of dog grooming my back has seized up - again. It was sore when I woke but……
A walked the dogs whilst I rested (ish). Why do we not listen to our bodies? I’d pottered about doing chores before I gave in. Had to rest it for the evening. It gave me no choice by then.
