Saturday in the Sun

My girl with her wounded arm in the sling and her children enjoying sunny hours in their yard. 
She's not allowed to use her arm in any respect; that is No lifting, No power use, only trying to move the muscles of her upper arm (with the help/ advise from her fysiotherapist)... no way she can lift her babies, just touch them with her right arm. Pain is in control, but not gone yet.
