Lullingstone castle

Lullingstone Castle is more big house. Nice to have a nosey, but the star here is the amazing garden. The walled garden has been transformed into a world map which showcases plants from the respective countries. Simply amazing. And they also have impressive greenhouses for cacti, orchids and a few tropical things.
Also a lovely walk along the river and today there was a fun Easter puzzle trail which ended in the potting shed where we had a long conversation with the Easter bunny, who I think was the head gardener.

We’ve been inspired to start planning to transform our garden. Not going that grand but H has been appointed chief track engineer and asked to work out what size loops we’d need to get a miniature railway in the design.
