Preparation, Preparation Preparation

I have recently applied for promotion at work and I have an interview on Thursday and I'm starting my Preparation now.
I should know all my examples by heart but I have self doubt sitting on my shoulder telling me I don't them. 
Interview is face to face it's been a while and I'm worried I'll forget all the important bits. 
I know i'm more than capable of doing this job so want it to be perfect. 
Here's to a few more nights of homework. So much for holidays!
