Magnolia soulangeana bud

The first job of the day was to go to the Lodge and finish the prepping we started yesterday.  We had almost finished that when Clickychick spotted our next door neighbours preparing to leave their lodge.  The Lady had in a conversation a while ago expressed a desire to see our alterations.  So CC nipped out and invited her.  Following the inspection of the kitchen she was shown the alterations we had made before covid to the ensuite shower room.  I fear CC has given her husband a lot of expense.
