Last night I spotted that a payment was going to be taken from Donald account, some sort of anti virus thing and because I hadn't sanctioned this, or known anything about it at all, I went first thing to the Bank to stop £149.00 being taken from Donald's account. It took a while for one of the Tellers to make anti fraud telephone calls but she patiently did it and the money was re-instated. Good job done.
