Wound up in Wexford

New growth

It seemed like spring was very slow to get started, but last week's sun has really got things moving.  All the trees are waking up.

The Scots Pine is, of course, evergreen but it still is showing an awakening as it produces lots of new growth.

The day started damp, but did improve during the afternoon.  I spent more time in the sewing room, clearing many small, half completed cross stitch projects.  Some have gone into the rubbish - just not worth the effort of trying to complete them.  Some have been completed and gone into the charity shop box - hoping someone else would like them.  The box of uncompleted small projects is now empty - the handful still remaining have gone into a smaller basket that fits in a drawer.

More rearranging needed, to make better use of the Kallax.

The housemartins were busy adding mud to their home.
