Yellow dead-nettle

Along the edges of shrubs and copses, and also in deciduous forests on rich soil or on country estates, the Yellow Archangel, Lamiástrum galeóbdolon, can often be found. During flowering, the yellow colour of the lip flowers that stand in false whorls around the square stems is striking.
