Coffee date with Seth
Seth is back from his latest job at Coachella with a hundred dazzling stories of rock stars in the desert, mishaps and temper tantrums, marching bands and pyrotechnics, and most of all, the lives and (mis)fortunes of the people on the ground who make these events happen: people who haul cable, run computer systems, hang speakers, erect platforms, light up the skies, push the sliders on elaborate boards, plug and unplug, and make sure nobody gets killed.
In addition, he has made contact with his deceased father’s family in Scotland, and they have welcomed him, the brother they didn’t know they had. The ones he has contacted remember me, though they didn’t know about Seth. His father never told them he had a love-child in the USA. Now they know. We’ll see where that goes.
Added extra: 32 years ago, same guy, photographed by same mom.
