Windshield Repair

Driving that RV with it's billboard sized windshield back from Florida at Interstate speeds, often through construction zones and behind large trucks, exposes all that glass to innumerable insults.  
   Today the new chips and flakes were filled in with a cristal clear epoxy substance and rendered nearly invisible.  The tech said that the epoxy is not a repair but a "bandaid" and the windshield may last for as long as I own it...or a week. There's no telling.
