SPA DAY

My treat to The Rev…a spa day at Forest Mere. We decided to stay out of the resort as on booking.com the hotel had such a low rating. In reality it looked quite nice.
# checked in just before 9.
# Had a delicious buffet breakfast…salmon bagels…yum.
# I did an aqua class while The Rev swam.
Then we steamed, sauna-ed and hot tubbed. I had a good swim before lunch. Which was a buffet again with lots choices.
# Then we had a forest hike. The leader strode ahead and it was difficult to keep up with her but we had a good workout.
# more hot tub and
#a dip in the warm outdoor pool
# the Rev was very happy!!

When we returned home we had a yummy chilli dinner and settled down with feet and face masks and the 4 part drama The Au pair (we only managed 3 episodes!)
