Sea campion

There are patches of sea campion, Silene maritima, growing beside the coastal path at Long Rock. The petals come out of a calyx of delicate pink with cream markings and the flowers bob daintily in the breeze. Thank you Miranda1008 for hosting Wild Flower Week.
