Wednesday

I was determined to meet J this morning despite the amount of pain I am in. I decided to take the car as the thought of the walk and bus wasn't good. Although going over the pot holes was excruciating.  
We sat for a bit, had a chat and I came home via Asda while I was out. Picked up a few items of clothing for the boys birthday and some pasta and rich teas. Back to eating small and often and plain foods. 
The pain feels like having a really bad stitch on both sides of my body and someone sitting in the middle of my chest. Back to lying flat. 

This little bug was sitting on a dandelion but it flew to a near by leaf at the bottom of the stair.
