A frustrating time as I’d ordered a new tyre which should have been in today. When I rang to check before taking the car in I was told the computer says it’s in but we can’t find it! We’ll get back to you…..which never happened. Called in this afternoon to see what the situation was and was told “someone “ forgot to ring you”…! I was then told that the wrong type of tyre was delivered but should be in tomorrow.

All very vexing!
