And Down!

Noah really enjoys a swing. And Adrian, bless him was happy to keep pushing for far longer than I would have had the energy! A day of jobs today including taking some pictures to the framers, picking up a prescription for neighbour Margery, to Screwfix to pick up a leaky hose and B&Q for some tester pots (to jazz up one of the picture frames - a low cost solution). First thing I did some admin and later on some more admin - for me! And the day has gone. How did that happen? 

I forgot - I went to the physio first thing as well. It's all go!
