Tulips in the rain

Heavy rain overnight filled up the water butts and continued into the morning, lingering on during the day with spits of drizzle most of the afternoon. A cold breeze too.

Lots more bits done. Car serviced and MOT’d, bit of shopping done, taps fitted, data entered, key collected, library books taken back, gardeners cancelled owing to the rain, towel rail hung, bills paid, fridge sourced, looked at saucepans, had a coffee. A regular sort of day.

This was the best I could come up with. Wasn’t able to visit your journals today owing to the early attendance for the car. May be the same tomorrow as we have a skip at the allotment. That and tomorrow’s evening meeting are my last duties as Chair.
