A relaxing evening stroll to see the cherry  by Tyrie Kirk 'hung with snow.
Along the lane behind the kirk, which must have preceded the 19th century turnpike road, the ash and hawthorn trees are coming into leaf and there is a starry white patch of greater stitchwort.
