Wednesday: Plant Hospital

Some weeks ago, my dear friend, WendsWanders, who is by far the most knowledgeable plant person I know, came over to offer some advice on the garden. Well, I’m afraid to say that, despite our best efforts, some of them are not faring so well (due, in part, to some pesky slugs).  So K has had to dig some of them back up and take them to plant hospital.  

Here they are convalescing in the ward.  We visit regularly and hope that they can soon be discharged.

Continuing on a hospital theme, K was back at the Royal Marsden today for her next round of immunotherapy.  Due to the complications of last week it was decided from the outset that she would stay overnight.  Barney and I eagerly await her return tomorrow.
