An Enigma Wrapped Up In A Silk Mystery

Today's image is very much back to being an emergency blip with an even more overblown title than usual to try to distract you from the fact!
After yesterday's glorious blooms it was back down to earth with a bit of a bump today as I my blip mojo had yet again deserted me and it was only when I was just about to go to bed that I came across this rather beautiful silk scarf of my sister's.
It was a gift from my sister's friend M, who's originally from Italy, and bears the rather enigmatic quote with slightly mangled syntax "People say so many things that other people probably forget that those are just things that people say but not mean, or think, or feel. It's so noisy" alongside depictions of these gloriously blue flowers, which to me seems like a curious combination!
I can't seem to find out where the quote comes from nor what the species of flower is - maybe some of my fellow blippers can help me with this - so it's all quite mysterious!
