Yesterday

A catch up from yesterday which was a better kind of day. Starting to feel a bit more human especially after a good chat with Sarah F. 
Started early with breakfast with Aletheia in town before she went to work.  She was like a breath of fresh air and it was good to get out of our little corner. 
After she left I had a nice walk along St James Park and a successful mooch around the shops in Covent Garden. Everywhere was empty and quiet, a few tourists but mostly nobody made for a very nice time. 
I walked back to Westminster along the Embankment, not something I normally do and spotted this tree propped up on big metal props. 

The afternoon was spent working and then pizza and a pint with Daniela in the evening.
