Wren

The wren is bird of the day on the Merlin app so I thought it would make an appropriate blip. There was also a bluetit investigating the bird box and I hope it moves in. I took a few wren shots and none was perfect (is any blip ever so?) but this was the best. 

And talking of far from perfect photographs I've included an extra which I know is poor but - it's the beaver! I couldn't not add it. So exciting to see it swimming upstream this morning. 

More than usually eccentric night with much wakefulness. I feel a bit wabbit. I'll have to close my eyes this afternoon because I have a trustee meeting tonight.
