At the top of the garden…..

….is the “wild” patch which is where you will find the bluebells (not native ones, but I still like them), dandelions and loads of Alkanet. The latter is good for bees.
There are bees in the Apple blossom right now, on this sunshiny afternoon.
Thankyou all so much for all your lovely comments on my blip yesterday for Matt’s birthday.
We had a wonderful afternoon tea in Stratford at the Arden Hotel, which is situated almost opposite the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre. Then a short walk down to the river.
It was a cold day. Such a contrast to today.
This morning I had the first of my 4 Physio sessions with the Hip class and it is an intensive 45 minutes. 7 of us this time.
It hardly seems two minutes since I was doing the last ones back at the end of January and beginning of February, after my first operation.
Hard to believe I’ve had two hip replacements since last November!
Walking without pain is such a blessing.
We were all told to take it easy this afternoon, and not do too much extra exercise.
I certainly felt the effects on arriving home!
I’m currently sitting in the summerhouse, (where else! ) finishing off the last of the Easter egg Stephen gave to me. With a mug of tea and a book.
Our road has been surprisingly quiet this week with it being school holidays, but the airport (Birmingham) must be very busy today. There have been lots of planes flying in to land this afternoon, as we are not far from one of their usual flight paths which goes over Sutton Park.
Sitting here I can just be……for awhile.
