Boats

My union rep called me at half 7 this morning. She sounds like she knows her job extremely well . 
But for the moment I am just putting my head down and getting on with my job. 


We have had beautiful blue sky today. A park play with my students and a open afternoon where some of the parents came. 

The jedi wanted to throw boats ( leaves ) into the river on the way home. 

My decking is nearly finished.  He's very meticulous which is great but a difficult situation as he's a good friend but he's not the fastest and each day is more money.  Anyway it should be finished for tomorrow.  I think it looks fab. 

I can't wait to tell Mr R that my mil needs me to use my new saw at the weekend as it has a metal saw attachment and I need to take the swing set apart at theirs. So there you go, definitely getting it's monies worth. Hahaha 


We had Gordon's son join us on our run last night. That boy can run for sure and I felt bad as he stuck to my pace. We ended up doing just over 5km with 3 big hills added into our route. Was quite enjoyable. And I ran every single one.  Seemingly this 5 mile race is road so not as bad as I was thinking.
