Splashing

This robin was enjoying the cleaned birdbath whilst I was prepping dinner but he was in danger of emptying out the water with his ferocious splashing!

It's been another quiet day.  We had some documents to read and respond to this morning then after lunch I fed the plant pots.  I'm seeing the Doctor in the morning about my knee.  It has been steadily improving throughout the week and I'm managing to sleep better but I still need to sit down after I've been on my feet for a while and it feels like it could be a soft tissue issue.  Watch this space.  I need to get back to being active!
