Paddling

Our car needs a new front seat. I have been putting it off for a while but today I girded my loins and headed off to the nearest scrapyard to see what I could find. "Yes, we have got two Qashqais" I was cheerfully informed so off I trotted to find them.
No mention was made of the fact they, unlike just about all the other cars in the yard, they were sitting in twenty centimetres of oily cold water. I did bravely paddle out to them but am not sure they are modern enough for our car
The yard was almost next door to my sister so I scrounged a cup of coffee there before my return..
