Honey Bee ( Apis mellifera )

WE seem to be spending a lot of time at the Lodge cleaning.  For reasons I haven't quite worked out yet we are getting lots of short stay bookings.  It seems this is happening a lot in our area.  Clickychick dropped the laundry off and asked for it for Monday in case we got a short booking  at short notice.  The laundry said that wasn't possible they had so much from other lets.

The blip as can easily be seen is a bee on a Dandelion flower. As usual I walked round taking a few things for blip.  There was a bee working the dandelions so I started to chase it.  Eventually it paused long enough for me to get a shot.

The extra is for my own record of the hand.  Today finally the last finger bandage came off.  The nurse has warned me to be careful with it as there are large lumps of dead skin which if knocked off might open the wound.
