Busy day of studio and walkies. I had a cancellation so was able to get stuff done 

I had a meeting with DN1 in the evening once Jasper had gone to bed to put our business plan together. 

Lots to think about and a few hurdles to overcome. The biggest being planning to convert from residential to business as she doesn't get on with her neighbours...... Felt a bit deflated afterwards
