Saffron Medicine

I just found out that Saffron is recommended for helping with ADHD! Who’d have thought? Apparently so are Bergamot, Ylang ylang, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood, Vetiver, Rosemary, Frankincense! I had all those in my essential oils but not Saffron, so I raided our kitchen spice cabinet.

Personally I would also recommend a small lifestyle change of staying away from screens as much as possible and allowing myself to enjoy a good night’s sleep (for me that means not listening to interesting podcasts when I go to bed!!
