Vegan pizza

My favourite pizza at the moment. A Crosta and Mollica vegan one. Instead of cheese, it has a sauce made from chick peas I think which is surprisingly tasty, and the sourdough crust is really yummy. Plus it isn’t very large so just the right amount. A good end to the week.
