I went for an early mountain bike ride..7.45am..(large is better)


Extra: this is about 9.30 am going down and about 4 minutes from home..


I had a coffee on the deck and listened to a beautiful bird song by a Yellow-rumped Warber....at least that is what Merlin Bird ID said:-)
