Smoke

So, Ronnie was round on Wednesday. It's fishing season again although he seems to only be keeping the big ones. Sensible. Lets the smaller ones grow and probably they'll put up a bit more of a fight later in the season. Anyway, I got the catch, which I duly brined and today lit a little fire and popped on some chunks of oak so that it could get nicely smoked.
