NoaNoa on bass
The boy is still recovering from his op but he managed all of this. We went up to Earls Court where his band were the headline band, with 2 other bands that were on before. They did so well. Loud, fun, supportive atmosphere.
Weird how some days can morph to be so different either end.
Had to start the day early as it was the first time in the new house that MM needed to be in school early, Elbows had to leave for London early, the dogs needed walking and I needed to be somewhere too.
A little bit taxing. But the Together Bible study was exciting. Several people came who don’t normally come and it was a joy. We also had a new person come - a Hindu lady, who has never held a Bible, let alone open it and hear others read and talk about it. I told her what we were about to do and she wanted to stay and she asked lots of questions afterwards. She’s invited me round for a cup of tea too. Fab.
Then 4 came back to ours to see the house and sit in the garden for a bit. It was so precious as a time together. 3 of us then went to a garden centre and that was nice too. I bought quite a few and I’m really looking forward to planting them.
By the time we had to get ready and head up to London, I felt like I’d already had a full day. But fullness wasn’t done until 1. Poetry !! :-))
