How dare you!

Gordon does all the filling of bird feeders and whilst he’s away I don’t fancy taking on the job, as it would mean going in the shed and you never know what you might find in there!

So he has taken the feeders down, cleaned them and swept and cleaned below the bird table. It will do the area good to be empty for a while. In our wild garden there are plenty of seeds and insects to keep the birds fed.

However, the two resident pigeons, who usually spend most of their time beneath the feeders, mopping up what is dropped, don’t know what to do with themselves - today they sat up in the tree glaring at me.
